I would not buy a 911 with 40K on it--any year model. That's 40K probably hard driven miles, or fast.
But if you do it, make sure you can afford the insurance. 1.5 years ago I bumped up to a 100K car and our auto insurance jumped significantly. And like you, I barely drive it. |

| Not the new ones 911 base. Exceptions will be selected GT models etc but you are not talking min $250k l. The newer base 911 Carrera are basically gentlemen’s “cruisers” nowadays, not a purist sports car versus previous gen 911s. Look at one of the air cooled ones (94-98) or the 991 gen, before they made them too complex. |
