37 year old woman: any hope for love?

Look for divorced men, better if they've a kid or two so even if you want to avoid fertility issues.

37 isn't super old to be single around here. Maybe make sure that your clothes aren't actually frumpy and you should do ok.

I'm married but a recently divorced friend of mine who is 47 claims that he has had no issues finding dates. He said he has been on dates with woman ranging from 29 to 48 and he is now dating a woman who is 34.

If a 47 years old divorced man with kids paying child support is doing fine then for a woman your age it will be far easier. Good luck!

I am quite attractive; maybe a 6 on the looks scale. Slender, well groomed and dress in classic clothing. I’m so sad and embarrassed to be single again and with no children even to show for it!

I fear all the good men are taken and no one will want me. I am open to men of all ethnicities.

Ugh…single mom.

I mean dating a single mom is like getting an invite to a party where you find everyone has already left and you’re in charge of cleaning up the mess.

Single moms are recreational use only.

OP is childless and your post is more true of single dads than single moms.

I find it gross that there are men out there that actually speak about women this way.

+1, but I think it’s mostly only closeted homosexuals. No one who even just likes women a little thinks this way.

Its a crude comment but unfortunately has lot of truth in it.

Battling misogyny with homophobia. Strong move.

How am I supposed to make the right decision as now I’m over the hill, bio clock ticking and traumatized?

If you are not in therapy, you should not be dating.

It’s not homophobia. Closeted men are very conflicted and sick. They take it out in the women in their lives that they don’t want and are not attracted to. Openly gay men just live their lives and don’t bother or attack women.

You’ve never heard gay men belittle and mock women before?
