Einstein is a 7/10 on Great Schools and WJ is a 9/10. Woodward will be a 8/10 at worst.

It doesn't look like Einstein's overall rating includes any test scores as they are "unavailable". Walter Johnson's score does.

I live nearby. North Bethesda is a great community with excellent schools. That said, I think there are much nicer houses to be bought for that kind of money. The market clearly thinks so too. Most of the houses sell within days of being listed as “coming soon”. This one has been on the market for a month. It will sell to someone at a lower price. If you like a stark interior near a lot of roads, go for it.

Hate the stairs, what were they thinking in 1988? Otherwise, it's ok, with the same gray / white interior as everyone else.
