Popular shows that're plain terrible

It is awful.

Friends and Game of Thrones? You guys are talking crazy. Some of the best comedy and drama TV series of all time. Can watch Friends over and over. It's silly fun, but light and entertaining, and there has never been a better casting mix in television history.

Kim’s Convenience -could not get through.

Don’t hate, and I can see the appeal, but.. Friday Night Lights.

The Good Place
Big Bang Theory (that laugh track, OMG)

Big Bang Theory is fabulous, ever read the words at the end. Might want to. My guess is the show is over your head.

Schitts Creek, how in the world did you not like it?

The rest sure.

Good grief, I bet you're insufferable in real life. This isn't even remotely relevant to anything. But...good for you?

I find this interesting. My parents are both teachers. I have 2 siblings who are teachers along with several cousins and aunts/uncles. They all adore this show and say it is one of the most realistic shows about being a teacher, especially for the ones who teach at Title I schools.

I think it's an ok show. Not my favorite but I don't hate it. I get that the plots are exaggerated for entertainment, but the smoking plot actually happened at a school my cousin is teaching at. The district somehow missed including smoking in the illegal activities section of the handbook/honor code. The only thing in the book was about e-cigs and vapes so the student who got expelled was able to appeal and eventually won.

Binged season one and loved it, then quit, bored, after a few episodes of season 2.

Yeah, I watched maybe 5 episodes of it and I could see why people might love it, but the writing wasn't as good as I wanted it to be and I quit watching.

The Bear

Ted Lasso lost me once it started being more of a drama than a comedy.

The Bear is just a bunch of people yelling at each other. I can get that at home already, I don't need to turn the tv on to get it.

Sacrilege!

I'll go with some of the old CBS comedies. Two Broke Girls was just awful and Two and a Half Men had way better ratings that it should have.

To the contrary, Two and a Half Men was a way better show than people gave it credit for.

Noted because there is a PP who mentioned that they are nerds. It does not concern you.
