Raskin facing a primary challenge in MD-8

Raskin voted against aid to Israel and voted for aid to Taiwan and Ukraine as it says in the article. Time for him to go! As it stated, both the Washington Jewish Week and the Jewish Community Relations Council have sharply criticized Raskin. During these times, I want a leader who supports Israel.

We don’t live in the United Israeli States of America. You should be voting for what’s best for our country.

Raskin is supporting Israel, Israelis, and the future of Israel, by opposing further military aid for Netanyahu's war.

So what you’re saying is, Raskin wants to destroy Israel to save Israel.

Got it.

Is that what you think the Israelis who oppose Netanyahu are saving?

What I'm saying is that Netanyahu's war will destroy Israel.

Raskin can speak for himself - and does.

Most Israelis now oppose Netanyahu, but they also support freeing the hostages, defeating Hamas terrorists, defending their country against Iran and Hizbollah attacks….and making peace with the Palestinians, once these give up “from the river to the sea” fantasies. Listen to the interview with opposition leader Lapid on NYT podcast. Raskin is throwing pro-peace Israel under the bus, which is why the major Jewish voices in his district have just spoken against him. I predict there will be a significant protest vote on May 14, bigger than the uncommitted protest vote against Biden.

Which is never going to happen.

If Hamas, Hezbollah and other palestinian terror groups stopped fighting tomorrow, there would be peace by lunchtime. If Israel stopped fighting tomorrow, they’d cease to exist by dinner time.

Depends on how you define "peace", doesn't it? Not to mention, peace for whom? There is no way I can define peace that includes 15,000 children killed in six months.

Especially on ethics matters. Sit in all that stock, don’t disclose it and then way, way after you sell, let folks know. Quality move.

True. That is a major lapse in ethics to not disclose the stock moves.

I had to google to figure out what the PPs are referring to. Seems like a complaint was filed long ago and nothing ever came of it. So evidently, the Congressional office tasked with dealing with these issues didn't see it as an issue.

Does Raskin agree with the 76% of Americans who say police should clear illegal protest encampments?

I googled to find this poll, and that's not what it found -- it's 47%:

What happens when the encampments come here? Thats why I am voting for Felber. He supports Israel 100%.

Raskin is the only person that after chemo his hair came back like magic. Even better than before.

From that article: “ Additionally, 76% of respondents said US universities and colleges should “ask the police to protect campuses from violence,” including 79% of Republicans, 75% of Democrats and 71% of independents.”
I think this is what PP means

Has Felber spoken about this?

Felber fully supports Israel. Raskin voted against Israel. Felber is against the encampments and the violence that stems from it. That is a major policy difference between them.
