My son had a heel wart. Duct tape shrank it. It was slow, but certain.
I then got a heel wart. Duct taped that too. Something in the adhesive that the wart doesn't like.

(Cont.) I also tried apple cider vinegar soaks, oil of oregano and tea tree oil on rotation. It shrank to nothing.

Beetle treatment. Had a very bad case plantar warts. Did the cryo thing for a ver long time. Finally after talking to my dermatologist (during a visit for a derm issue), he told me he could help me. Used the beetle concoction and they cleared up right away.

Oregano oil worked wonders. Applied directly for a week and gone!

OP here again. For those that used the beetle juice on your feet, how long did you have to stay off of it? DD is a softball player and I’m wondering if we need to wait until the season is over. I’ve been reading some pain horror stories online but hopefully outliers.

Freeze it. Worked for every wart on my feet.

This worked for my son after 2 (painful) freezing sessions didn’t. His entire pad of his food and between toes. Used it for a few weeks and completely clear - I was amazed by the results and no pain or blistering involved.

OP, my son is dealing with the same thing.

Is the dermatologist digging out the dead tissue before using the freezing?

I have to pay less than 100 every month when this is done but he is seeing major improvements after two treatments. The freezing might not be reaching the infection if they are just doing it on dead tissue. The laser might not get through it either if it’s not removed.

CURAD Mediplast this was recommended by a dermo as the only at home treatment that works. He was correct its worked for us 3 times!!! You cut a little piece of it but make sure it gets a little of the surrounding area. You leave on for 48 hours then remove it, clean the area and apply again. DO NOT STOP even if it starts to get a little uncomfortable. Soon you will see the black center dot, KEEP going even a few days after the wart is gone and the hole remains. This has worked!!

I had a dermatologist prescribe a topical cancer treatment that comes from a compound pharmacy for a wart at the edge of my nailbed. It worked!

DS had warts, we tried everything. Freezing, beetlejuice, OTC salicylic acid, we spent a year and thousands on this. I was at my wits end. I was taking time off work for the appointments, DS could barely walk, it was a bad situation.

The only thing that worked is nail polish. The forums I read said it had to be dark but I don't think it matters. I painted a dot onto all the warts and reapplied every few days. About two weeks later when the polish fell off the warts were completely gone. I still can't believe it.

We've done clear and beige.

This cosmetics company even has a webpage on it using non toxic polish.
