Biden gave them almost everything they wanted but MAGA Republicans need red meat for their base so they aren’t going to pass it. What’s Ironic is GOP now won’t have ANY accomplishments to run on. The "deal" isn't a "deal" at all and doesn't have the votes. McConnell knows that.

Any "deal" that allows 5,000 migrants a day to enter before preventing more from entering is not a deal at all.

But probably enough of them are scared enough of Trump that they won’t be able to break a filibuster. It won't need 60, but the more GOP sign on the better the optics. It will get like 15-20 GOP votes.

It will die on the House floor, but that is for the House GOP to take the brunt on.
