A similar experience happened to me, I also left that job. There was just too many things that weren’t adding up in regards to my “bad” performance review, it was almost comical, it almost seemed like they were making things up. They also would give me the silent treatment for no reason and never spoke to me. It was so weird. Telling me they thought I would be like other black woman, aggressive.

They were racist. So happy I left.
