I only buy oil that has the year of harvest included in the label. New harvest oil usually appears on shelves after new years. And single-source is better, whether it is Greek, Spanish, Italian or American.

Dp. Not just newer, but the latest harvest. Now the latest harvest is from 2022. Starting from November / December / January the oil harvested in 2023 should start being sold.
