Wedding RSVP - QR Code Only

That is tacky.

Takes the elegance out of the entire process, not to mention many over the age of let's say - 70 - won't be able to RSVP. Then again maybe that's what they want to have happen, eliminate the elderly.

No, it's not tacky. People on here throw that word around so much. Just because you have a preference, doesn't mean that someone doing something different from that thing, is tacky.

A lot of people don’t do QR codes.

You’re obviously looking for an excuse not to go (the MIDWEST! Gasp! The horror), so don’t. Since you are clearly technologically inept and a total dinosaur, call the couple and inform them, whichever side you are closest to.

but why should they when responding to a wedding?

Why not? Get with it, go green.

What does that even mean? They don’t know how to use them? And they don’t know anyone who can help them?

Why shouldn’t they?

I'd ignore the invitation.

Sounds like that would be to everyone’s benefit.

That’s super rude.

Oh well.

Oh. You’re a teenager. Don’t worry. School will start again soon.

You’re a winner. You can do it!

So, yeah, I can see how this would flummox a certain crowd, but I'm sure they'll figure it out.

Well, there is no controlling for extreme Luddites...

QR codes are everywhere now. I think this is a smart use of them. Anyone who is so old as to be flummoxed can just ask a younger person for help.
