We made beef stew one night this week and black beans with leftover New Year’s ham another night.
This weekend I am going to make Guinness chocolate cupcakes (a boxed mix). Like others I’m trying not to spend much money so I will thaw out a pork shoulder to make some kind of pulled pork recipe.
