experience with Suzuki teacher James Hutchins?

I am starting to look for a Suzuki violin teacher for my 3yo DD and am wondering whether anyone has any experience with James Hutchins, whose studio is in Silver Spring.

I'd also be interested in any recommendations (for or against) for other Suzuki violin teachers in the College Park / Silver Spring / Takoma Park area, particularly for children under 5.

He's a great teacher, but usually booked up. There are a few other teachers in the area (Keri Tomenko) but I think she's full right now, too.

But the studio is usually full.
