Kids/teens in handcuffs by Walter J'ton

Yesterday around 3 pm I saw about 6+ kids in handcuffs being led by plain clothes law enforcement along Old Georgetown Rd. Some of the cops were carrying what seemed to be backpacks with books. Anyone know the details on whether these were HS kids from WJ?
