she was little over weight... ? or need to be a body builder or totally toned?

| My PT is a bit overweight. She drinks like a fish on the weekends. But she also runs marathons and triathlons. In general, she gives me the workout I want in a supportive environment. She gets me overall when I tell her that Monday is a bad day and we have to go easy. I don't really care what she weighs. I'm getting out of it what I want. |

I would take a PT more seriously if he/she was not overweight. They need to "walk the talk."

if they gave me a good workout I would not care, but I do agree that the first time I would probably question their athority.
