After 4 kids my abs are shot. I got one of those balls to help me with crunches and sit-ups but I have no idea what I'm doing and I don't know how many I should be doing. Can someone recommend a sit-up or crunch program for beginners or at least tell me what to do. I'm thinking something similar to the couch to 5k program. How many a day should I do?

I was pretty psyched I could do 50 pushups in a row - never made it to 100 but my arms and core were strong. I am 44 BTW. |
