Pain after D&C (weeks later)

Has anyone ever had uterine pain - discomfort, mostly when there's pressure on my uterus from tight jeans or physical pressure - several weeks after a D&C? The loss was at ten weeks and the D&C was about five weeks ago. The ultrasound showed a polyp and some clots, though I think the clots have passed. My doc said it wasn't necessarily the polyp, though I didn't think to ask what else it might be. Having a hysteroscopy soon but just wondering. Left to my own devices I always assume the worst (cancer, perforation, infection, etc.) so I've not been able to sleep from worry.

Go get checked if you are that worried that you cannot sleep.

My missed MC was at 9 weeks and around 5 weeks post D&C I started having AF cramps. AF arrived 4 days later. I usually don't have cramps, so it was quite noticeable to me.

Thanks pp. (OP here) I'm having a procedure to check it out tomorrow. Just didn't sleep last night and won't sleep again tonight. Imagining the worst.
