etiquette question- what is an appropriate thank you for a teacher rec forms?

if my child's current teacher fills out recommendation forms for 2 or 3 schools, what is the appropriate thing to do? send a thank you? buy a gift? or nothing since this isn't an additional recommendation, it is more of her filling out the form. thank you.

I think a "thank you" is enough.
