| Went shopping at Great Wall today for produce. I looked at the meat counter. They had beef muscle and beef flank. The beef flank did not look like what I buy at Giant. Does anyone know what these cuts of meat are? How would I cook them? Are they tasty? Tender? I didn't buy them because I didn't know what they were. |

Well, flank steak is flank steak; it might have been lower quality.

however, meat is identified by it's cut and not referred to as "muscle." That is just weird. |
