Thank you to good samaritan last night on Dale Drive

Walking my beagle last night close to Dale Drive in Silver Spring...she saw a rabbit or squirrel and dashed off and completely out of her harness. I spent about twenty minutes trying to find her and was pretty frantic.

I saw her finally and she had crossed Dale...the Good Samaritan seemed to be tracking her, driving slowly behind her to try to help her, at least I think so. Dog saw me and dashed across Dale again to get to me (my heart was in my throat, but I guess God protects stupid beagles).

The Samaritan pulled over and stopped while I was putting dog back in her harness. I should have tried to thank her but I was desperate to get home at that point.
