I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wait 24 hours or get busy with the hubby immediately.... we did BD last night but not sure if we should tonight to ensure we make the most of this fertility window or to give it another 24 to give sperm time to mature. just nervous I'll ovulate before tomorrow eve. thanks for guidance!

19:16 here. Sorry. I should have been more clear--you'll ovulate within the next 36 hours. Most woment go within 12-24 hours. Thanks PP.

I got pregnant with IUI's. I always went in for the insemination the next morning after the surge was detected, so that's why I suggested having sex tomorrow morning. I think you're fine either way--tonight or tomorrow morning.

Do it the night of the positive OPK and then the next 2-3 days. This was my OB's exact orders.
