Interesting that she seems to be pretending to be a third culture kid--as if she moved around a lot from country to country, and has had identity issues related to this. I know a little about this as I'm married to a third culture person (raised on three continents, doesn't feel completely at home anywhere or with any cultural group) and am 1st gen American myself.

However, it seems the reality is that she vacationed in Spain growing up, but was otherwise very much American.

I'd like to see the visas too. You need one if you plan to stay more than 90 days. If her time there has really been significant, I would expect to see several.

Yes, she is a phony. As are thousands of others. Where do you draw the line, how is it acceptable to adopt some characteristics of a culture/nationality but not others? She didn’t benefit from claiming to be a white Spanish woman, other than possibly hooking Alec. But if he was too dumb to realize, that’s his problem.

It’s pretty insane that she STILL won’t address any of this in Spanish! I thought for sure she was, at the very least, actually fluent, but it’s appearing even that is a lie. Which means Alec definitely knew. Which means Alec is a greedy, pathetic fool doing all this for fame and money along with his imposter wife.

Hum, no. I am from Spain and her fake Spanish accent is actually pretty good. You can tell she is not from Spain but, by just listening to her, (without knowing this crazy shit), you'd think she is an American woman who's spent a long time in Spain. And, yeah, no, we are not Hispanic. It is actually funny how people are talking about things like race and latino culture when they refer to Spanish people. You guys know we are European, right?

This! She is still claiming that she is bilingual and speaks Spanish regularly, to the point that her English is sometimes accented. There is zero evidence this is true. It seems obvious she can't speak Spanish well at all.
