| What kind of lube is best for TTC? Does regular KY type lube help or hinder sperm motility? And while we're at it, what are some other conception-friendly way to spice things up? |

| KY Jelly should be fine, but if you want you can order Pre-Seed Lubricant on Amazon. It is supposed to be very fertility friendly. |

| Even saliva is said to impact sperm when TTC. Definitely go with Preseed. It's in my stores now. And wine. I was cutting out alcohol until my RE told me that more babies have been conceived with the help of alcohol than anything else. Good luck! |

| Do you have fertility problems? If so, Preseed may help at the margins, but not if there is a signifiant problem. If not, use whatever you like. Plenty of "oops" pregnancies are conceived using KY Jelly, spit, etc. These are not contraceptives and a normal person can get pregnant using them. |

| DH and I tried for 7 months. We switched from Astroglide to Preseed for the last 2 months of trying and I got pregnant. I think using preseed combined w/ a fertility monitor helped me get pregnant. |

Canola oil is a good sperm friendly lubricant.
