Not sure it was needed as it appears it was mostly about the plaintiff (his former company) seeking leave to file an amended complaint. He could have hired an attorney to oppose the motion but that probably wouldn’t have made any difference given that the original complaint was filed so recently. |

Strong double no. No interest in representing the guy and didn't care where the story was first reported because it was easy to find the complaint online. From what I've read, Kyle McDaniel sounds like the George Santos of the FCPS School Board. I hope state prosecutors are taking a hard look at the case. |

Maybe, McDaniel treated her on his company credit card. There are likely no consequences. Have you ever been to a conference? People frequently ditch the training sessions for a "fun experience." As a young teacher, I went to an education conference. I was stunned at what really went on. The book companies wined and dined people in order to get their books selected. I am no longer young, but I am sure it still goes on. |

So you are okay with this? Yes, I have been to a conference but I have integrity and good judgment. Even when the trip was funded by a company. In this case, it was funded by the public schools! These folks should have better judgment than this. |

So much this. Just because some people chose to ditch the conference presentations and break-outs at a company-funded conference trip doesn't make it OK. When I've been sent I was there to learn and come back and present what I'd learned to co-workers. |
