Why do you say the Black vote?

Because laws are in place to prevent homeowners from shooting unarmed home robbers (or saying kids were robbing them as justification for just shooting people) that overwhelmingly affects black urban population. Laws are in place to protect criminals to a reasonable degree. The attempt to protect oneself should match the attempted crime - you can't just "shoot anyone who breaks into your home". There needs to be justification.
