Washington Sports Club Chevy Chase--parking?

Can anyone tell me what the parking situation is at this club? Is there garage parking? Do they validate and is the garage easy to navigate or a pain? I'm mainly interested in the weekday 9-12 mommy workout window. Thanks. (And yes I know I can call but employees can't often tell you about usage during your workout window).
