What is a good amount of time to spend on the elliptical? One day ill do the weight loss interval which is 28 minutes plus 5 minute cool down. The next day ill do 45 minutes at an incline of 10 and resistance of 6-8. Then repeat.
I hear some people say you don't need to do more then 30 and others say different. I personally like to go by the amount of calories I burn. Doing the weight loss interval makes me burn 425 cals in 33 minutes and doing the 45 minutes makes me burn around 600. |
