Hey Guys, I was wondering if you think blogging is a useful method to keep track of losing weight. I've downloaded a few apps that are supposed to track my weight loss and workouts during the week but I don't really find them to be helpful. Does anyone have a blog that they use to log their workouts and weight loss? Feel free to include a link if you want, I'd love to check it out!
