Recommendation: Attorney for will, trust, etc.

Looking for an attorney to set up our wills, powers of attorney, trust for our child, etc. We live in Fairfax, so northern Virginia preferred. Please share your recommendations and ballpark cost. Not interested in DIY options. Thanks!

I would recommend Anthony Carducci. This is the attorney that my husband and I used to set up our wills, powers of attorney and trust. One thing that I really liked about Anthony is that he worked with our schedule and came to our house. This was most helpful as it allowed us to arrange a meeting this around our busy schedule. I think you need to give us a concept of you financial/ family picture. Plenty of people o an adequate jobs your assets are below the estate limit or if there are complicated fit issues, but if not you need someone really good

Michele Davos in SS, MD. I thought she was down-to-earth, professional and helped us deal with kind of weird family dynamics as we processed a bunch of papers including custody, temporary custody, will, health directives, etc. Flat fee was $2400 I believe.
