I wish it were Biden for President. He is the only one of the four I even come close to liking! I can not bring myself to vote for Obama, But I do not like Palin either. What am I going to do. |
Palin is not running for President.
There is a reason Biden only received 3% support from his own party without Obama. |
If you wrapped Biden and Obama into the same man -- he would be a great candidate! |
I heard Gwen Ifill give a talk to a small group last year. It was just after Biden described Obama as a "clean and articulate" black man. Ifill said, "the man might make a really great presidential candidate IF HE COULD JUST SHUT HIS MOUTH." So, it was fun to watch her moderate the debate last week.

Vote McCain. |
There was a time I could imagine myself doing so. Can I do it without voting Palin? |
You've restored my faith in humanity. I had yet to see a single post of a Republican who admitted that Palin on the ticket might actually affect their vote. |
I'm tempted to allow you to enjoy your renewed faith, but in truth I'm just an Obama supporter thinking back to 2000 when McCain looked like man of substance rather than one who would sell his soul to get elected. I apologize for bursting your bubble. For your sake and mine, I hope the Republican you seek will show up. |
I am one who would vote easily for McCain. I usually vote Republican in Presidential elections (recently Democrat for state)...last year just had to abstain....I would have voted for Kerry if it were not for Edwards so similiar circumstances/ |
If I can vote Biden without Obama. |
Well, you can't.
And McCain has become a soulless shell of his former self. And he's 72. Grow a pair and make a decision. |
Why all the fuss about McCain's age--Biden is 67-there's only 5 years difference between them. |
Because McCain is an irascible and increasingly erratic and confused old man. |
Biden acts like he has not worked hard for this. All the flub ups are a bit much. I sometimes wonder if HE has Alzheimer's.
To the pp, I was going to vote McCain, but will vote Obama, after that Palin thing. Palin is an insult to me. |
It's a quibble, but Biden will be 66 on Nov. 20. That means that at the end of his first term as VP (if elected), he'll still be two years younger than McCain is before the term even begins, and about the age Reagan was when he was first elected. |
