Hair Colorist recommendation

| I'm hoping to get some recommendations here for a hair colorist ideally in Montgomery County. I have thick, coarse, jet black Asian hair. Last time I colored it was when I got highlights 15 years ago but was not happy when it turned orangey. I'm looking to make a change to lighten my hair a little bit but would only feel comfortable knowing that I'm going to a reputable person to get it done. Can anyone recommend a salon/hair colorist please? |
