What would you think of an employer if they kept changing your supervisor?

| When I started, they never put me on the job I was hired for. They gave my job to somebody with less experience and education. She got her bachelors degree online with a school nobody heard about. Then a year later, I got put on the original project that I was hired for but kept being changed to a different supervisor every 3 months. Within 9 months, I was on my 4th supervisor. |
