CrossFit in Glover Park

| CrossFit Dupont just moved over to the Balance Gym on Wisconsin in Glover Park. I'm a mom new to the area who's been CrossFitting for a year now and am very excited to see them moving in to my new neighborhood. Problem is, until they get more interest for midday class times, they only have scheduled classes before school and after school. The coach said if they have 5 people interested they would add a class, maybe at 9:30 or noon. Anyone interested in this? |

Yes, I'll try that! My coaches have always been wonderful at teaching us how to lift properly as well so we don't get hurt. I'm totally addicted now.

To the Original Poster - I have been thinking about joining the CrossFit at Glover Park but find their website a little confusing (not sure if the information I'm looking at is for GP or Thomas Circle location).
How are the coaches/classes at the Glover Park location? I've heard from other Crossfitters that having a good coach is important to avoid injury, so I thought I'd reach out and try to get more info! |
