Poll: raise going into 2013?

Just had my annual review and got a 4% raise going into next year. Anyone else?

Whoa, that's pretty good. I had a big year, and am going to negotiate (is that even the right word in this situation?) if it's any less than 5% but I'm concerned I will get the "tough fiscal times" song and dance. Anyone have advice for me?

Feds, no raise-no cola. $850 bonus minus taxes.

No raises. No bonuses. And I had a fricking awesome year that I'm never going to top. Unfortunately the people who raise the money are idiots.

At least there aren't cuts.

Of course we're looking at $8,000 less in take home pay if the tax cuts all expire.

I got a 3.5% raise and 10% bonus

Nope. Our fiscal year starts July 1. I got 2%. We don't get bonuses.

I'm an engineer stuck at $93k. So far I haven't been laid off but there are a LOT of empty seats in my department.
