| Just had my annual review and got a 4% raise going into next year. Anyone else? |
| Whoa, that's pretty good. I had a big year, and am going to negotiate (is that even the right word in this situation?) if it's any less than 5% but I'm concerned I will get the "tough fiscal times" song and dance. Anyone have advice for me? |
| Post this in Jobs and Careers. |
| Feds, no raise-no cola. $850 bonus minus taxes. |
| I got a raise between 4-5%. |
| 3% for the staff at my small company. |
| About 4%. |
|
No raises. No bonuses. And I had a fricking awesome year that I'm never going to top. Unfortunately the people who raise the money are idiots.
At least there aren't cuts. Of course we're looking at $8,000 less in take home pay if the tax cuts all expire. |
| I got a 3.5% raise and 10% bonus |
| Nope. Our fiscal year starts July 1. I got 2%. We don't get bonuses. |
| Fed, got a step. |
|
Zip, zero. Three years running. And they don't do bonuses.
I'm an engineer stuck at $93k. So far I haven't been laid off but there are a LOT of empty seats in my department. |
| Expecting 2 or 3% in the spring. |
| No raise. No bonus. |
| Any raise would be offset by tax hikes |
