Anyone else who will be dealing with family, food, and the TWW?!

I'm actually excited for Thanksgiving but my period may show up that day or one of the two following. Will be out of town so no beta ... don't know if that will make me more or less nervous everytime I have to use the bathroom and wipe (sorry TMI!)

2WW for my third (and final) IVF cycle. I'm looking forward to repeatedly turning down glasses of wine at dinner that I will desperately want.

I have my beta the day after Thanksgiving. I'm trying to look at the bright side; I'm almost at the finish line. Oh, and if I get a BFN Friday, I will treat myself to a really nice glass or two if wine.

Just got my period yesterday. This month is when I was due with the baby I miscarried in May. I really thought I would have been pregnant again by now, and am feeling sad all over again. I am absolutely dreading Thanksgiving with my in laws and their inevitable questions about when we will have a baby. This will include my SIL and her newborn (who would have been close in age with our child).

So, I guess the upside is that I can drink all the wine I want this week?

08:14 - sending you virtual hugs. I went through five miscarriages - plus one lost twin- before it finally happened. It's all so emotionally traumatic but hang in there. Take deep breathes. Relax. Drink the wine that you want. I know it's easier said than done - but it will happen. Sending you good thoughts.

I had a miscarriage confirmed two days before Thanksgiving. I later went on to have a successful pregnancy. Hang in there. I know it's tough.

Yes. Beta Ted Tuesday morning, family arriving Tuesday afternoon. Ugh.
