Snapfish photo cards-1st order fail, hoping replacement will be better

So I actually did photo cards early thinking it would decrease holiday stress. Bahahahaha! 1st order of Snapfish photo Christmas cards-poor quality. Did the whole live chat thang with various people who don't seem to grasp english as well as I hoped. For the love of God people, yes I checked the preview and I promise you it did not look like the card. Same canned response, just names change. They are re-sending, but I am not confident it will be better. I asked who will be reviewing my order and they are unable to comprehend this question. Nobody can tell me what went wrong. New printer? Printer broke down? Hoping these replacements are better and someone will check them. Used to be a loyal customer of snapfish, but if these reprints are not better, I'm moving on... Anyone else have issues with snapfish? |
