This sounds like “School Board shill” poster on the boundary thread. Some 60 something Great Falls resident who thinks she’s come up with a great phrase and can’t stop using it.

DP. Sounds to me, from your response, that she is the one who is correct.

I have no idea what your point is. I think McDaniel needs to resign. But that odd lady and her repeated “strip” and “dance” posts are very strange, not funny, and not advancing the cause.

“The cause!” Which cause is that? Is it the embezzling one or the taxpayer funded junket to the strip club?

What I really like about McDaniel is that he’s principled. Given his support for boundary changes, he’s going to require his kids to change school pyramids too. That’s just the stand-up guy that he is.

Right?

Anyone know what school boundaries his house is?

And, yes, people will attack Asra Nomani, but she digs into these stories more than anyone from the Washington Post will.

He needs to resign NOW and get his professional and personal life in order. No one could believe for a moment that he belongs on the FCPS School Board or could do a good job with these allegations hanging over his head.

Strong reporting by Asra. She used to attack FCPS for stupid things but they’ve been giving her a lot of real material recently with the Hayfield debacle and now this. There is some sort of typo that I hope she will correct:

In November 2023, voters elected McDaniel to the Fairfax County School Board.

However, just a month later, in December 2024, the company alleges, Fisher discovered that McDaniel had “not ceased misappropriating the company's funds for his personal use,” but had “vastly expanded his use of the company's credit cards and bank accounts for his personal expenses.”

Your reading comprehension is poor. The cause is raising public awareness and concern to try to convince McDaniel to resign.

Kyle McEmbezzler or Kyle McStripper should be required to send his kids to a different school as part of the boundary changes.

Also, let’s take a poll, would you rather an alleged embezzler be on the FCPS school board in charge of your children’s education, or in jail?

Is it my reading comprehension, or you don’t so good clearly write? The cause says the second shall be the thing that you do. Verbal🤮

So your position is that ONLY people directly impacted by the upcoming proposed boundary changes are allowed to have a view in favor of it? That's your concept of "principled"? Sounds more like "parochial".

The only reason that I’d support boundary changes is if I was districted to McDaniel’s district and had to worry about my kids being in the same building as him.

"Outside courtroom 2B, Magner, a local pilot and general counsel of Blue Label Aviation, told the Fairfax County Times, “Kyle [McDaniel] is a very likable guy. He seems like the perfect dad. If he were your neighbor, you’d invite him over for a barbecue. The more we discovered, the more we learned this nice guy has been very dishonest.”"

“The Blue Label Aviation board never approved any donations to Kyle McDaniel’s campaign,” Magner told the Fairfax County Times. He said Blue Label Aviation recently contacted the Virginia Election Commission to tell officials: “We didn’t authorize this.”

He is such a loser. "This past Friday, when McDaniel failed to show up for his hearing, his online bio remained unchanged: “Dad, pilot, entrepreneur, and public servant proudly representing all 1.2 million residents on the Fairfax County School Board.”"

It looks like the SB members took a step in the right direction by ousting McDaniel as budget chair. Now they and other local Democrats need to let him know that he needs to resign from the SB.

If Frisch and the other D’s on the SB agree that McDaniel can just keep dialing into meetings and not showing up in person, they’re sending a message that they are more interested in protecting each other than making sure every SB member is actively engaged on behalf of FCPS families.

If the state takes the referral, there is a good chance he’ll go to jail.

Did McDaniel even have an attorney at his hearing?
