You failed to read the rest of the reasons,Iike being concerned that they were unnecessarily wasting the doctor's time, being embarrassed, or knowing something was wrong but being mentally being unable to cope with a potential diagnosis.

It's a public health failure to deal with a completely different population of patients. It's like telling anorexics they're stupid for not going to the doctor when clearly there's something wrong with them.
