It’s unfortunate that a DC mayor, however excellent, doesn’t have the options of governorship or running for Congress that would allow them the path to higher and more nationally responsive offices that politicians in states have.

No. You may hate Barry, but he wasn't corrupt. Anthony Williams was a great mayor. I didn't care for Fenty, but he was a good mayor. |

Mayor Bowser has been terrible for the public schools. She has been positive for real estate developers.
