I need to get 3 outfits and shoes to return to work at my new, larger post-baby size. I intend to keep on losing weight, so should be cheap! Where should I go? Needs to be one, fast trip, metro-accessible.
Ps - online shopping not an option. Clothes never fit and mailing them back is a pain.
What do you need? Suits, business casual?
Macy's. Bring a sale coupon.
Business casual. |
Loft, on sale. Kohls on sale. Do you know anyone else who has recently lost some weight and might have some "fat clothes" they can lend you? A coworker lent me several things that weren't exactly my style but got me over the hump.
Honestly, I wore my maternity Liz Lange pants from target for a while. They were a black pinstripe and looked good with a blouse or shirt that I didn't have to tuck in. They were what I wore at the start of my pregnancy. I was very poochy afterwards.
I picked up some super cheap clothes from hc Penney before I went back to work. I didn't want to spend a lot on post baby clothes since I'm still losing weight.
Nordstrom personal shopper at pentagon city. Very feet. Call ahead and tell her exactly the type of tho g you are looking for and be clear your looking for temporary, transitional clothes. Will be more expensive than some other stores, but well worth in my view few few basics and a few accent pieces.
