I have a really good friend that swore by Waldorf school/Philosophy until she moved to California and had to switch. She then realized just how far behind her children were in every aspect except they could cook, garden and do lots of crafty things. She could not even get them in a private school because the lack of education. I guess if you were going to stay the course all 12 yrs it would be fine, but if you plan on switching at anytime, I would skip this type of school. So different from everything out there.
