Obama may still pick Hillary??

I hate to admit it, but I was just watching Fox News. And, by NO MEANS am I a Rush Limbaugh fan, but he was just being interviewed, & said something that I've heard other people speculate. That it's not impossible that Obama could still pick Hillary as a running mate!

I work w/a bunch of conspiracy theory thinking people, & one said, "I bet before the election, Biden bows out for some reason, "health, family, whatever, & Obama picks Hillary in the 11th hour". I personally think Obama may now regret not picking her.

Am I wishfully thinking?? If that happens, talk about a "SLAM DUNK"!!

That would be so disjointed.

As a McCain supporter I would love to see it, but it would be a terrible political move. Also, I can't imagine her dignity would allow her to accept.

It is funny that so many people are hoping for something like this, but you need to remember that Hillary has exceedingly high negative ratings and a full closet of baggage what work against her in a general election.

Not a chance.

Who wants to be sloppy seconds?

Just goes to show what chaos is going on in the Obama camp, that such speculation would made outloud and on a major network like Fox.

Uh, if you read the OP again, RUSH LIMBAUGH is the person who made the "speculation." Rush Limbaugh is hardly in a position to know what is going on the Obama camp, or to know what he is talking about in general.

The Obama campaign is hardly in chaos. His fundraising last month was the most ever by a political candidate in a single month, and let's not forget that he managed to handily defeat the Clinton machine -- something that could not have been done without a whipsmart, crackerjack campaign staff. He's done a better job managing his campaign than Sarah Palin did as mayor of Wasilla, and almost certainly managed considerably more people and a heck of a lot more money while doing it.

Handily defeat? Which primary season were you watching? I saw a 50.1 to 49.9 split.

I'm sure that poster is just as sharp on the issues as they are about what is an easy defeat. Typical voter.

I'm sure you are as sweet in real life as you are on the internet. Typical spiteful DCUM poster.

Even if someone objects to the term "handily" -- which, fine, could be somewhat of an exaggeration -- the point remains. In the Democratic party, Obama was a relative newcomer versus Hillary's old guard. She hung on, yes, but she and her campaign expected to wrap up the nomination on Super Tuesday, yet she couldn't even eke out the win in the long-run.

And remember, Florida and Michigan did not count.

Regardless, Rush Limbaugh is no measure at all of what is going on in Obama's campaign, and anyone who believes otherwise is sadly misinformed.
