What do you think of this? The ad refers to savage jihadists. Will we be victims of terrorism on the metro? |
I don't understand how Metro can be forced to display a certain ad. |
My question is if the Jihadists wanted to post a similar ad, would Metro have to do it? |
|
This advert is clearly inciting hatred. I am not sure what anyone stands to gain with this. |
Take cover on the metro |
The ad is very disturbing. Isn't this the same one that was sponsored by a particular whack job lady... and wasn't there a legal challenge against it in New York, and a ruling that transit agencies/cities can't reject political statements as offensive?
Ultimately, polemics like this don't help anyone. It just provides more ammunition for Israel's critics, even though it's coming from the perspective of an especially noodly doodle and the right wing Christian organization that supports her vitriol. |
Is this encouraging incitement of violence? What happens if a Muslim is attacked while on Metro? |
Oh, I'll just tell Mona Eltahawy about it and she'll be all over it. No worries, lol. |
Yes it's a Pam Geller special. |
The ad is disgusting and beyond offensive.
I don't understand why metro can't selectively sell advertising. Would they be required to run an ad by the KKK or an ad for pornography? |

I love this response from Christian and Jewish organizations who are also buying ads. "In the choice between love and hate, choose love." And "Hate speech is not civilized." |
Its not against Muslims, its against jihad. There is a significant difference. |
Not significant. I don't want to see the word savage on my commute. BTW, the Afrikaners called the Zulus savages too. Depends on perspective eh? |
But the people who are most likely to get worked up and nasty/violent about it are those who don't know or don't care that there is a difference. |
