Please suggest what you give your kids for snacks - should be healthy and filling. My kids are teen and preteen - running out of ideas... help!

Lettuce wraps filled with protein (beans, turkey, chicken) and veggies (peppers, sprouts, lettuce), salsa

Guacamole with multigrain chips/cut vegetables and hummus with baked pita chips/cut vegetables - I know neither is perfect but at least they are getting protein and vegetables. Also we make lots of quesadillas with whole wheat tortillas and low fat cheese and black beans. Sometimes I make nachos and use the multigrain chips, low fat cheese, black beans, corn and chopped tomato.

we do carrot sticks and hummus.

I will cut up cherry tomatoes and eat them with a part-skim mozzarella stick (and some pretzels) for sort of a caprese snack without the basil.
