I mean they are. Wasps are not that attractive. |
Jennifer Garner is what wasp fashion had turned into. Boring! |
Not at all. She looks like a homeless person when ever the paps get photos of her. Clogs and socks and mom jeans...wet hair. |
Oh how funny. I met her once in NY a million years ago. She went to school with my first boss. I was so young. She was about five years older than me, and I thought she was ANCIENT. Her face just faded into nothing, ageless but no spark or beauty there. I just googled her though, and she looks lovely in most photos as she aged. |
Sorry, I'm the PP. I just looked more closely. She's so passive in every photo. Her body retreats into itself, shoulders always hunched over, so passively. I think it's meant to be coy. She's not pretty at all, but her style is fabulous nonetheless. Just nothing powerful or modern or interesting about her. |
I posted Marina Rust - her slouch and the beehive hairdos seemed affected to me. She has great houses. I think she's aiming to be one of he "stylish society circuit" standouts of her generation. Anyway, I posted her because this is about the WASP aesthetic . . . And I think she's pretty interesting. Certainly more so than the Kardashian wannabees out there in social media. |
Ummm there are still some of us on MV and Nantucket fyi |
The dogs on this list are EXTREMELY wrong. True WASPS (aka my family) have hounds for hunting and have terriers for house dogs. Yes, maybe a golden here and there. |
WASP aesthetic right there! |
We've always had and bred Gordon Setters for show and hunting. Beautiful dogs. |
yep, the party food sucks. Mediocre cheese and crackers (not the good charcuterie type stuff but crappy cheddar and crackers), pringles in a little dish, maybe some Pepperidge farm cookies. |
