Moonstruck (have I replied to this thread already? LOL)

I also love Lawrence of Arabia and omg to watch it on the big screen is fantastic. Music is gorgeous, too

Ok what's the Shakespeare one with Emma Thompson where they are all picking grapes or something, and beautifully lit? And probably Kenneth Braunaugh (sp).

I am inspired by the PPs who mentioned Sense and Sensibility (Colin Firth, right? Mr. Darcy) and we are unpacking and I just found it yesterday.

So many great movies on this post - I can tell I have many movie-soul mates on here.

But everyone forgot a classic: Dead Poet's Society

80's Girl Here:

Loved those crazy eighties...Miss them too.

Loved Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink. I loved high school in the 80's!! No other decade can compete with the wild and crazy hair, neon colors and thick eyeliner.

Well, it's a running joke in our family because my dad couldn't remember the name of the movie when we were going to see it. He kept saying "we're going to see...what is bob's problem?" So, it grew I to "what the hell ails bob?" And "what is bob's major malfunction?"

We love the dinner scene - recently started calling my little one Bob because she makes yummy noises while she eats.

I love this movie so much! Some random favorite quotes from the movie:

"Do you have a Dacron pillow?"

"Baby steps to four o'clock!"

"Dr. Albert Schweitzer, Mother Teresa of Calcutta probably, and Dr. Leo Marvin" (the "probably" gets me every time)

"Son of a b!tchin Bob!"
