Which "celebrities" have you met who look great/awful in person?

Linda Carter-saw her when I was a child, don't recall where, and as others said she was drop dead gorgeous.
Sam Donaldson-saw him at a restaurant over 20 years ago and he must have gotten off work prior because he looked like he had make-up on. Even then his hair was dyed a bold brown. Erin Lauder (of Estee Lauder family business fame)-went to same college as I did and the times I saw her she was gorgeous and her make-up was very understated. |

Gwyneth paltrow- pretty & ok looking, not as tall as I thought she'd be. I'm 5'5 & she looked about an inch or 2 taller. Great skin too but this was 10 years ago
Rachael weiz- ugly! Huge head & rail thin, like a lollipop. I was didn't even recognize her bc she looks gorgeous in movies. Jennifer Lopez- also about 10 years ago during her bennifer days. Gorgeous in person & really short too Huge jackman- tall & incredibly handsome! Was absolutely so sweet. This was during his man from oz Broadway days Anderson cooper- old looking & a jerk but maybe I saw him on a off day Candice Bergman- tall & very old looking but elegant. Bernadette Peters- very very short & cute. Noticed her hair b4 her Penelope Cruz- about my height & stunning! I noticed how beautiful she was before I realized it was her. French actor married to Monica Bellucci (forgot his name)- very tall thin & handsome. This was while they were filming black swan. Tim Robbins- so old & fat. And pasty looking :'( loved him since shawshank redemption so I was disappointed Emma stone- so thin! Like maybe 5'7 and 85lbs Gross! British guy from Law & Order Linus roach- tall & handsome! Good hair too lol Anyway, lived in NYC. So like la they are everywhere |

I have seen several celebrities, but one stands out with regard to the original question. About 10 years ago, I almost literally ran into Ellen DeGeneres on an elevator. I was with a friend, and we had my infant with us. Ellen looked right at us, and smiled. Her smile lit up her face, and her eyes were incredibly, intensely blue. I had no idea that she was so lovely in person.
And no, I am not a lesbian. |

Linda Tripp in 1998. She was much better looking in person and had a good sense of humor. She bought a bottle of men's fragrance "Cigar" for her attorney.
Joey Lawrence in the early '90s. Cute, not that tall and lots of hair. People I know have seen Donald Trump and said that he is much better looking in person. |

Yes! Hugh jackman used to sign autographs every night after his Broadway show, I've seen him and he was extremely handsome. Very friendly too
I've also seen Natasha Richardson many many years ago in New York and she was even more radiant in person than it translated on screen. Tall and with the most amazing body! |

I posted a few years ago about sleeping with Dave Mathews. It was my first and last one night stand. I am a 43 year old mom now, and don't regret it.
Met Ben Harper at ACL five years ago. He bought me a cup of coffee in the airport, and we talked about the festival. The man is gorgeous. . .smelled of a shower and clean sweat. I love this memory. |
