Yes, we know you have the right of way but is it going to harm you to pause for literally 0.25 seconds to just let me pass?

NOPE you're the a hole here.

Cool. I'll just run your A over next time.

Wtf? Paying that much and there’s no paper menu? What if my phone is dead or I’m on an important call?

Then you hang up grandma.

+1

Or when I start preparing breakfast or lunch for myself and all of a sudden, DH has to do the same. In the same space.

But at least your husband is preparing his own stuff. I find it’s typical that if you are at home & make yourself a snack (like microwave popcorn), and a female walks in the room, she will likely say “Ooh, popcorn!” & expect you to share the snack with her. Whereas if a guy walks in the room he will say “Ooh, popcorn” and make himself his OWN popcorn. This is much the same as women (never men) who decline ordering dessert at restaurants but expect you to share…like “Hey, that chocolate lava cake you ordered looks good—won’t it be even better if you share it with me?” No, it won’t.

Joey, is that you?

People who say they have no money but who have lots of visible tattoos, obviously color treated hair, or professionally manicured nails. This is why you don't have any money, all these things are expensive.

People who have dogs, smoke cigarettes, &/or tattoos, & complain they can’t afford to send their kid to college.

People who rewrite same posts.

When people don’t put the quotation mark outside the period. I’m serious.

People who complicate the most basic everyday functions with their lack of understanding, inability to understand or disinterest in simple advance research and fact-finding.

So wandering into UPS and asking the clerk about shipping options and prices and arrangements for a package that you don’t have with you. Ask all about how to wrap, if you might need insurance, of it’s cheapest to send via this location, are there coupons, on and on and on.

Another example: my FIL abandoning his car at Dulles drop off to “see about” getting a wheelchair for a passenger in his car and then getting upset that he was told to move his car.

Having to check myself into a flight and print the darn luggage thing and then put it on my luggage. All while airport employees just stand there. And then they get annoyed when I screw up the luggage tag. Well, I'm sorry. I'm not really an employee here and don't want to be.

The quotation mark is NOT supposed to go outside the period in the example to which you responded. The quotation mark goes outside the period when the words contained within the quotation are a complete sentence.

I know an American guy (born and raised) who spent two years in the UK and now speaks with an English accent. It drives me so crazy, I can’t even talk to him. I don’t understand why someone would do this and - as an otherwise totally chill person - I literally just avoid him so I won’t rage.

When ppl have cancer and someone says to them “you got this,” like it’s personal strength that beats cancer.
