or does anyone else think there may be some level of an "attack" before Nov. 4th (election day) to scare the less intelligent population into voting for McCain? |
Yes. I think you are a realist. |
maybe they have bin laden sitting somewhere so that they can release his capture just days before Nov 4. ![]() |
That would not surprise me at all!! |
After watching the whole federal prosecutor scandal unfold in the past year or so, my biggest fear is that the Republicans will steal the election by tampering with the voting machines. Most machines leave no paper trail, and the GOP has shown a willingness to mess with voter rights and elections. I think it's especially likely b/c McCain's chances look so poor to actually win fairly. (Not saying McCain would personally sanction this, but I imagine there are plenty of GOP operatives who'd do it.) |
I wouldn't put ANYthing past those people! You can see the hunger for power in their eyes, pure evil!! |
I would be very surprised if some kind of foreign relations or domestic security crisis does not arise in October.

Tip from me. During morning rush hour, ride the last car on the metro.
Reasoning: If you were a suicide bomber, which car would you least likely get on if you wanted to do the most damage? The last one. Confirming evidence: The three trains in the morning rush hour London subway bombing had six cars. The suicide bombers boarded the first, second, and third cars. Given the train bombing in Spain and its impact on the election there, I think the danger of terrorism is going to be higher this fall. |
I'm usually not a big conspiracy theorist but I just don't trust that bunch of lunatics running things right now. I mean they purposely trumped up the terror threats pre-election and had everybody in a lather about when the next attack would be. Ratcheting up the fear was the cornerstone of their campaign. And it worked. And then curiously, no talk of threats anymore.
Why not trot it out again? |
I wouldn't put it past either party to do something crazy. I think both parties are hungry for the presidency, and are willing to do what ever it takes to get there.

I'm confident they know where he is and have known all along. The Bush Dynasty is saving his ass. |
Well, they did allow his entire extended family to fly out of the United States during the period immediately following 9/11 when all other aircraft were grounded. |
So, you don't even need terrorists to drop off some cell phones rigged with bombs. Just some CIA inspired spooks to create a huge sense of fear days before the election with a few minor bombs here and there, when the Rs realize how close the race is. |
You people are loons and really sound like paranoid schizophrenics. If I did not know any better I would think I had accidentally stumbled across a forum for people seeking help for major mental health issues.
And the OP say that less intelligent people are voting for McCain! Then what the heck are you all? Certainly not running on all 4 cylinders and that's for sure. |
