Olivia Nuzzi on her relationship with RFK Jr.

Of all the political stories the past couple years, this one might well be the oddest.

He’s clearly got some swag considering how many women he has been with. I agree that a lot of them are airheads like Cheryl

He has the same swag as Trump. Some women are into rich, arrogant and shameless.

Jacob Bernstein is a stupid POS who got himself into hot water by trying to have a fun beeetchy chat at a party with Emily Ratajkowski - he called Melania a hooker or something and Emily made the conversation public. Now, I also have thoughts about FLOTUS but a journalist worth anything doesn’t get into that mess.

I miss news.

How can you dismiss RFK Jr. when he runs our national health care policy? He's as serious as Ebola.

“So last week, as the New York mayoral returns came in and she sat at Mel’s Drive-In in Santa Monica, she was focused on the current mayor.

“Someone has got to be covering Eric Adams tonight,” she said.

What better way to memorialize Zohran Mamdani’s win than to capture it through the eyes of the evening’s ultimate loser, its incumbent mayor?

I made a joke about how Adams had seemingly thrown away his life just to fly business class.

Nuzzi shrugged.

“I destroyed mine for less,” she said.”

It is clear that like so many people who become successful or famous — they realize that the fame or success doesn’t fill the hole in their heart and they look for it in all kinds of bad places — affairs, attention from the sex you are attracted to, power, money, prestige, etc.

She literally had all of these things and yet couldn’t stop herself from making destructive choices.

And yet … I could totally relate when I think back to many screw ups.

The article says that she has been reading the King James Bible. I hope she reads it cover to cover. The Bible is the only book that changed my life.

Are you a bot? Nobody believes this shit. She’s posturing to pivot to right wing grifter e-girl ala Daily Wire, Candace Owens, et al.

+1 assuming she's starting a podcast and looking to get her name back into the news before that

I don't know, I find Olivia Nuzzi really unlikeable but it's clear she cares about being associated with respectable or "glamorous" organizations. She wanted to bounce back with Vanity Fair. I don't think she wants to make that right-wing turn career wise.

Don't take this as me trying to claim she's some sort of upright, moral citizen. I just think it's prestige that drives people like this.

Agree, but she’s also smart and a talented writer, I’ll give her that.

But she isn’t! Jeez. I don’t get this at all. I read much better writing at Defector, Drop Site, The Guardian.

NP and I disagree. In hindsight, clearly no ethics (which may explain it), but I used to love to read her stuff. Lots of clever observations and asides.

Hiking the Appalachian trail Mark Sanford! Nuzzi seems to love not particularly bright older man adulterers.

Olivia Nuzzi's life/career are a sh**show and her 15 minutes of fame should be up soon, but I do have to say that she makes female reporters look bad if she slept with so many of the men she profiled...

Oh my god, Olivia Nuzzi had another affair with another 30+ older man.

Here's the original reveal from her ex, Ryan Lizza: https://www.telos.news/p/part-1-how-i-found-out
