this is obviously a troll, in response to the other weird post about a 19 year old son who wanted a chin implant and the mom was weighing in.
Ultimately, i think it's weird all these parents are saying "they have the money for it" because i highly doubt their 19 year olds have $10k just lying around but for their parents giving them cash and/or paying for all of their living expenses. Because there's no logical reason a 19 year old has $10k lying around. My guess these parents are way more enmeshed and subsidizing these kids than they are admitting, and probably also contributing to the self esteem issues too. I suspect parents who pay for their kids 100% and don't make them contribute any costs to anything (ie don't make them contribute to college or rent or whatever) highly correspond with parents who weird and indirectly encourage their kids to get plastic surgery. Just my guess. |
Do you think that her father knows what his daughter’s nipples look like? A father should have no opinions about his daughter’s breasts. |

here is a good overview

I was flat at 19, still now after 3. It’s her body; she can decide. |
Alix’s dad left her mom to marry a prostitute so her worldview might differ slightly. |
And did you get implants? |
|
she's too young. she needs to wait till she is older. lots of nineteen year olds are on the smaller side and then get larger as they age.
I mean, i dont think she should get them at all. but putting that aside, she needs to wait and see if they get bigger. they probably will. fyi I was 34B, but a small B, when I was 22. By 40 (no kids) I was a 36D and I was only 15 pounds heavier (not much on me because I am five nine). Now I have a 26 BMI, so a little overweight, and I cannot even figure out what I am, I am so much bigger. And honestly I'd rather be smaller because they are a pain to carry around. |
| No 19 year old wants her dad to think about this. |
Why would you go there? Weird. |
Weird, gross and creepy that dad is a part of this at all, and even ickier that he is posting online on a public message board in support of this. This is a thoroughly gross creeper thread. |
My DD has her great paternal aunt's perfect little nose, who never got cosmetic surgery. I assume there is a great grandparent with that nose somewhere on her father's side but we don't have photos. |
| Adulthood is more than one’s age. It should also come with maturity and the ability to make smart, rational decisions. |
This whole thread is about a father thinking about his daughter’s breasts. I didn’t go there, OP did. |

I’m so comflicted. I maybe all the people saying she should wait are maybe really not flat chested. I am. And let me tell you that it really really impacted my dating life. It’s almost like missing a limb. There are a lot of guys out there that just won’t date a girl with no breasts. You can say — oh they are shallow and you’re better off without them. But I’m not sure that’s true. I feel llle my life might have been different had I had more guys interested. I had a pretty face and was thin and a pretty good personality. But having no breasts at all really narrows the field.
It also strikes me as somewhat hypocritical that people are very supportive of trans people getting top surgery because if they identify as female it’s important to have breasts. But a cis gender woman who never develops breasts is considered vain and shallow if she wants surgery to get the same thing? So I guess for me it would really depend on whether my daughter seemed like she was just the type who is never satisfied and is trying to make small adjustments to things that are basically fine, or whether she’s very far out of the norm and is trying to bring herself more into socially expected physical norms. I’d say the same thing about a nose job. And I don’t think it’s creepy for a dad to ask this, if his daughter has brought him into the conversation by asking for his help in getting the mother on board. |
I am flat as well. Maybe 34A or slightly less than an A. I can't imagine a woman having zero breast tissue unless you had zero body fat. |
